With its premium quality coffee, relaxed ambience, and exceptional customer service, Cafe Robusta has built a strong reputation in the market. 

Now, Cafe Robusta is offering franchise opportunities to passionate entrepreneurs who want to be a part of a successful and growing coffeehouse brand. 

As a Cafe Robusta franchisee, you will have the opportunity to operate your own Cafe Robusta coffeehouse under the guidance and support of BSG Hospitality Pvt Ltd. 

With our proven business model and strong brand presence, you can benefit from established brand recognition, comprehensive training, ongoing support, and access to premium coffee beans and high-quality products. 

The franchise fees for Year 1 are Rs. 4,00,000 + GST, which includes Restaurant Set up services.
 

This fee covers Brand usage costs, training, and support services provided by Cafe Robusta.
 

For subsequent years, the franchise fee is Rs. 2,00,000 + GST annually.
 

A Monthly Royalty Fee in the sum of five percent (5%) of Franchisee’s Monthly
Gross Sales (as defined below).
 

The Royalty Fee shall be used for advertising, public relations and promotion
of the Café Robusta Brand and for the creation and development of advertising, public relations and promotional campaigns. This will benefit the Franchisee
 

To become a Cafe Robusta franchisee, applicants must meet the following criteria: 

Passion for the coffee industry and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
 

Strong business acumen and the ability to manage day-to-day operations effectively.
 

Sufficient financial resources to cover the franchise fees, initial investment, and ongoing expenses.
 

We recommend organizing a minimum of Rs. 20,00,000 for setting up one outlet of Café Robusta Franchise.
 

Willingness to adhere to Cafe Robusta's brand standards, operational guidelines, and quality control measures.
 

Cafe Robusta franchisees will receive comprehensive support and training to ensure their success. This includes:
 

Site selection assistance and guidance in setting up the coffeehouse.
 

Intensive training on Cafe Robusta's operations, including coffee preparation,
menu offerings, customer service, and inventory management.
 

Marketing and advertising support to promote the Cafe Robusta brand locally.
 

Ongoing operational support, including regular visits from a designated
franchise support team, to address any concerns or provide guidance.
 

Access to the centralized supply chain for coffee beans, ingredients, and
equipment.
 

In order to maintain the high standards of quality necessary for the mutual success of Café Robusta and Franchisee hereunder, the Franchisor and its authorized representatives shall have the right to inspect the Restaurant and the supplies and inventory of Franchisee.

The Company’s personnel and representatives shall have the right to enter the Restaurant at any reasonable time, and from time to time, with      

or without notice, for the purposes of examination, conferences with Franchisee and personnel of Franchisee, observation and evaluation of the operations being conducted at the Restaurant, and for all other purposes in connection with a determination that the Restaurant is being operated in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, the Specifications and Manual and other applicable laws and regulations.
 

Upon approval as a Cafe Robusta franchisee, both parties will enter into a legally binding franchise agreement. 

The agreement will outline the rights and responsibilities of the franchisor and franchisee, including terms of operation, quality standards, fees, and termination clauses.
 

As a Cafe Robusta franchisee, there may be opportunities for expansion within your territory or in other suitable locations. 

BSG Hospitality Pvt Ltd will provide guidance and support in assessing potential expansion opportunities and ensuring the successful growth of the Cafe Robusta brand.
